Job Description
I am a 74-year-old man with disabilities and chronic pain, and I use a powered mobility device (Permobil). I am seeking personal assistants as needed, on an hourly basis, for daytime, evening, and nighttime hours (on-call overnight). I live in Orhem, southern Skarpnäck.
Your Role
Examples of tasks include: Assistance with meals, café visits and cultural outings, and walks. When assisting at home: Help with mobility transfers, dressing, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, and some computer assistance.
Possible morning and forenoon work at the allotment garden located just next to the residence in a beautiful natural setting. It would be advantageous if you are interested in garden work and have an independent approach to everyday tasks.
Your Competence and Experience
We would like you to have previous experience working in personal assistance or healthcare. You should be calm, confident, reliable, punctual, able to make independent decisions, and responsive to the customer's needs and wishes.
You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Great importance is placed on personal qualities.

The customer participates in the recruitment process together with the service provider. Start date is by agreement; we call candidates for interviews on a continuous basis.
