About the job We are now seeking personal assistants for a 7-year-old girl. Experience with NPF diagnoses is a requirement, and as an assistant you need to be in her vicinity throughout your entire work shift. The family lives in central Karlstad. This position is a needs-based employment. We are looking for a playful, cheerful person who is self-directed, responsible, and possesses patience and calmness. As a person, you enjoy working with children and young people, you have ideas, humor, willingly participate in activities, and collaboration comes naturally to you. Your workplace will be in the girl's home and in proximity to the rest of her family. You are a person who respects the girl and family's personal integrity and privacy, as this is of utmost importance to us. Working hours are daytime and evening hours on all weekdays. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation, overtime compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to agreement.
