About the Job We are now seeking personal assistants for a 7-year-old girl. Experience with NPF diagnoses is a requirement, and as an assistant you will need to be in her presence throughout your entire work shift. The family lives in central Karlstad. This is a position based on need. We are looking for someone who is playful, cheerful, self-motivated, responsible, and possesses patience and calmness. As a person, you enjoy working with children and young people, you have ideas, a good sense of humor, you enjoy participating in activities, and collaboration comes naturally to you. Your workplace will be in the girl's home and in proximity to the rest of her family. You are someone who respects the girl's and family's personal integrity and privacy, as this is of utmost importance to us. Working hours are daytime and evening hours on all weekdays. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation, on-call compensation, and other salary supplements are included according to the agreement.
