We are seeking temporary hourly staff to work as a personal assistant for a 7-year-old boy living just outside Malmö. Work shifts are scheduled during daytime and evening hours, seven days a week.
As a personal assistant, you will help and support the boy in all aspects of daily life. Your responsibilities include personal care, meals (tube feeding), training, play, communication, and other daily activities. An important part of the work is providing active supervision throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who is calm, confident, attentive, and patient. You need the ability to read and understand both verbal and non-verbal communication, and create a safe and positive environment for the child.
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience working in personal assistance or with children with disabilities
Experience with assistive devices, training, and serving as communication support
Experience with tube feeding.
Heavy lifting may occur, which means you need to be in good physical condition.
