She attends daily activities during weekdays and appreciates an active and meaningful daily routine. As a personal assistant, you play an important role in supporting, motivating, and creating conditions for her to live an independent life on her own terms. Due to her disability, our client needs support with planning and structure in daily life, communication, motivation for activities, and practical support in the home and daily living. You will also accompany her to various activities and contribute to creating security, participation, and a meaningful daily routine based on her needs and wishes. Requirements For you to work well together, we believe you are a confident and flexible person with a strong ability to adapt to different situations. As a person, you are calm, stable, and solution-focused. You also have a sense of humor and a playful side while being able to shift and be clear when the situation requires it. Experience working with low-affective and motivating approaches is important, as is experience working with people on the autism spectrum and challenging behaviors. Of course, you are a non-smoker. The position requires that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
