Personal Assistant for 23-Year-Old Man

We are looking for someone who is respectful, calm, and attentive—a personal assistant with experience working closely with individuals with significant disabilities. The user is a 23-year-old man with extensive physical and multiple disabilities. He communicates primarily non-verbally, which requires good listening skills and understanding of alternative communication methods. You will be an important support in his daily life—both at home and during activities outside, assisting him with personal care and social activities. We are looking for someone who: - Is responsible and comfortable working independently - Has experience in personal assistance or similar work - Has knowledge of tube feeding, medication administration, training, transfers, and support with all daily activities - Is attentive and has experience with non-verbal communication - Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), and it is desirable that you also speak Syriac/Arabic
