Then you could be the hourly substitute we're looking for to join our assistant team. Our client is a 13-year-old boy who lives with his parents and siblings in Taberg. The household also has a cat. During the day, he attends school with a personal assistant, and in his free time he enjoys watching movies, using his iPad, listening to music, cycling with a cargo bike, swinging, and doing various activities outside the home. As a personal assistant, you provide support throughout the day and work in both a motivating and structured manner. You are there to create security and facilitate everyday situations. This can involve playing and planning fun activities, helping with meals, dressing and undressing, and personal hygiene. The role also includes some care work, such as inhalations and suctioning. You also ensure that his immediate surroundings are in order and help provide clear structure to the day. We're looking for someone with a good sense of humor, who is attentive and confident in yourself. You have an ability to read situations and adapt to the individual's needs. Since the work takes place in the family home, we place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you, our client, and his family connect well. To be qualified for this position, you need to: - Have experience as a personal assistant or from other care work - Have experience working with people with autism - Speak and write clear Swedish - Be a non-smoker This position is an hourly substitute role as needed. Work shifts may be scheduled during day, evening, and weekends—for example, when regular staff are absent or when additional staffing is required. What do we offer?
