I am 35 years old and live north of Stockholm. I am a social worker and work as a counselor in healthcare. A major interest of mine is gardening, and I spend a lot of time on my allotment. You will assist me both at work, during leisure activities, and when I am at home. Due to a muscular disorder, I use personal assistance around the clock, and I am now seeking an assistant who can work 24-hour shifts scheduled from 07–07, a total of six days per month including night on-call duty. The available schedule looks as follows: Tuesday, Sunday Friday Tuesday Monday, Saturday I am looking for a person who is attentive, confident in themselves, and comfortable being a background support person. We are a small work team, and it is important that you have a strong work ethic and are flexible when needed. Many of my assistants combine working for me with artistic pursuits or self-employment. I prefer that you are a woman and approximately my age. For transfers, I use a manual transfer technique that you will learn during your orientation. However, it is important that you are in reasonably good physical condition from the start. The position is 72% of full-time. The employer for my assistants is Aberia, and the collective agreement is Vårdföretagarna. The employment type is "fixed-term for as long as the assignment lasts."
