I'm now looking for personal assistants, both for regular scheduled shifts and as hourly substitutes, who want to be an important part of my daily life. About Me I love being active and enjoy everything from exercise and movies, bowling, Gröna Lund, and Allsång på Skansen. I also enjoy quiet and cozy moments with people who spread positive energy. On weekdays, I attend a day center, where you as my personal assistant will accompany and support me throughout the day. The work always starts from my needs, wishes, and self-determination. You will be an important person helping me live the life I want to live. About the Position As a personal assistant, you will be my support in all aspects of my daily life. Your tasks include: · Communication and social support · Personal care and hygiene · Mobility assistance · Support with my tracheostomy · Meals and mealtimes · Accompanying me to the day center and various leisure activities · Contributing to a safe, active, and meaningful daily life We're Looking for Someone Who: · Is positive, calm, and confident in yourself · Has great commitment and likes to take your own initiative · Is resourceful and can motivate and inspire · Is attentive, empathetic, and adaptable to different situations · Is clear, organized, and takes responsibility · Has good collaboration skills, as dual assistance sometimes occurs About You You're ideally between 25 and 45 years old, but age is not decisive. What's most important is that you have a positive attitude, an open mind, and a genuine interest in working with people. It's a plus if you share my interest in music and an active lifestyle, but most importantly, we need to get along well and have good personal chemistry. Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not required. About the Position Work hours are scheduled during days, evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotating schedule. As a personal assistant at Prima Omsorg, you'll receive thorough introductory training and continuous education and guidance to help you feel confident in your role.
