Personal Assistant Needed for Boy with Autism

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily routine and work to create structure, security, and joy based on his individual needs. You will provide support in both everyday situations and activities, and contribute to ensuring he has a meaningful and developmental life. Responsibilities Support the boy in his daily routines. Create a safe, calm, and structured daily environment. Participate in play, activities, and outings based on his interests. Provide support with communication and social situations. Assist with personal care when needed. Collaborate with the family to provide the best possible support. Is attentive and can adapt to the boy's needs. Finds it easy to collaborate and communicate with both family and colleagues. Is flexible and can take initiative when the situation requires it. Has a genuine interest in working with children and wants to make a difference in another person's life. Qualifications It is advantageous if you have: Experience working with children. Experience with autism or other neuropsychiatric disabilities. Experience as a personal assistant or in care and support work.
