Optimal Assistans creates opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent and engaged everyday life. We are looking for someone who takes the time to listen to your client's needs and is attentive and humble. As a personal assistant, you work both independently and with colleagues. You work according to the client's individual needs both inside and outside the home. You should be able to help the client based on both verbal and written instructions. We are looking for you who: Want to work for a man living in Partille Have a B driver's license Are a non-smoker Are a woman It is a merit if you: Have experience in personal assistance or other care-related work Have experience with transfer techniques You are a person with high work ethic and see the bigger picture in an assignment. About the employment A full-time position with working hours 09:00-22:30 and 09:00-15:00 as well as every third weekend. We offer employment for a fixed term as long as the assignment lasts and the compensation is hourly wages. The client has assistance around the clock with awake nights.
