Optimal Assistans creates opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent and participatory everyday life. We are looking for someone who takes time to listen to your client's needs and is responsive and humble. As a personal assistant, you work both independently and with colleagues. You work based on the client's individual needs both inside and outside the home. You should be able to help the client based on both verbal and written instructions. We are looking for someone who: Wants to work with a man living in Partille Has a B driver's license Is a non-smoker Is a woman It is a merit if you: Have experience in personal assistance or other care-related work Have experience with transfer techniques You are a person with high work ethic and see the bigger picture in an assignment. About the Position A full-time position with working hours 09:00-22:30 and 09:00-15:00 as well as every third weekend. We offer employment for a fixed period as long as the assignment lasts, and the salary is hourly. The client has 24-hour assistance with awake nights. We look forward to receiving your application!
