We are now looking for a reliable personal assistant for a man in his 30s with autism in Hässleholm. Position at approximately 80%. About the position: As a personal assistant, you provide support in daily life and contribute to structure, safety, and participation. You accompany him to his day activity (DV) and provide support with activities and outings on weekends, days off, and during the summer. Assistance can be either one-on-one or with a co-assistant, depending on the situation and needs. The work takes place both at home and in the community. Work hours: 08.00-08.00 (24-hour shifts) and 10.00-21.00 We are looking for someone who: Is calm, stress-resilient, and empathetic Is orderly and organized Has experience working with visual supports/picture schedules Has experience with autism Has knowledge of and works according to low-arousal interaction principles Holds a driver's license for manual transmission vehicles Personal suitability is very important. You are confident in yourself and have the ability to create a predictable and stable daily routine.
