Our client is a spiritual, joyful, and energetic woman with a muscular disease who is now seeking female personal assistants. She has a great interest in astrology, tarot readings, personal development, and reading people, animals, and places. Beyond that, she enjoys hair, makeup, beauty, and photography. She appreciates both deep and serious conversations, but also has a great sense of humor and loves to laugh together.
As a personal assistant, you will be her arms, legs, and voice in daily life. This means you help her with practical tasks, but also serve as support during, for example, doctor's visits, hospital stays, contact with authorities, and social situations. It is important that you can convey her words and wishes in a correct and neutral way, without your own values. The client communicates through, among other things, facial expressions and text, which means you need to have very good knowledge of Swedish to be able to interpret and convey what she wants to express.
The work is varied and no two days are the same. Some days are characterized by quieter activities, such as watching YouTube or series and socializing, while other days include outings, errands, and a faster pace. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to the client's daily condition and needs.

Speak, write, and understand Swedish fluently, as the work requires you to be able to interpret and convey the client's communication through speech, facial expressions, and text.
Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekends. Shifts are typically 12 hours long:
08.00–20.00
20.00–08.00
Double assistance occurs during certain shifts. We are looking for both hourly employees who can work as needed and you who desire a fixed schedule. It is a great advantage if you have the ability to be flexible and step in during sick leave and other urgent needs. The position is to be filled immediately.
