About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (Act Concerning Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that comes up in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance is uniquely adapted based on the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. For this position, you must: want to work with a 24-year-old woman living on Hisingen have good knowledge of Swedish have previous experience in personal assistance or healthcare want to work active nights For this position, it is advantageous if you: have experience with epilepsy have knowledge of trach have previous experience with tube feeding have experience with alternative communication Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Degree, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment degree of 20%. Working hours are scheduled as follows: Tuesday and Thursday 23:00 - 07:00 (active night) every other week. It is double assistance. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start immediately or by agreement.
