In this role, you will be an important part of her daily life and contribute to security, participation, and independence. Your New Job As a personal assistant, you work closely with the citizen to create conditions for as independent, meaningful, and valuable a life as possible. Your work is guided by the citizen's implementation plan. You assist the citizen with performing daily tasks such as shopping and preparing meals, cleaning, or other household chores. You also help with personal hygiene and care. You will work in a spacious and adapted residence where all assistive devices are in place. It is of high importance that you have a genuine interest in other people and the ability to build good relationships. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with people and enjoys an active life. We would prefer that you feel comfortable performing care and support work independently before you apply, as you will work alone with the citizen. Another important part of the work is care documentation, so you need to be able to work with both computers and mobile phones. Working hours vary according to schedule and can include day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and 24-hour shifts. Typical Work Tasks Assist with rehabilitation initiatives and training. Prepare meals and assist during mealtimes. Help with cleaning and other household chores. Assist with moving and daily activities. Help with personal care, such as showering and dressing and undressing. Your Qualifications Requirements Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience as a personal assistant or other care experience.
