Personal Assistant Wanted for 27-Year-Old Woman in Björboholm (Overnight Awake Shifts)

Peter Skoglund Assistans AB is seeking a personal assistant for a 27-year-old woman with comprehensive care needs. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant and be a trusted and important part of the user's daily life. The user uses a wheelchair and various assistive devices and needs extensive support in her daily living. Job Duties: The work includes personal care, hygiene, transfers, use of various assistive devices, and leisure activities. You will help the user with everything in her daily life and contribute to a safe, calm, and secure environment. Work Schedule: Overnight awake shifts We are looking for someone who: • is trustworthy, responsible, and attentive with a respectful and professional manner • enjoys working with people • has good Swedish in speech and comprehension • can work varying work hours • is willing to learn the routines and assistive devices used. Previous experience in personal assistance or care and welfare is a merit but not a requirement. You will receive introduction and opportunity to learn the work on site. Requirements: You are a non-smoker and you are not allergic to pets. Employment Type: Hourly employment.
