Personal Assistant Needed for a Wonderful Man in Karlstad

Levanda Personlig Assistans is a small and personal care assistance company that places great importance on caring for our employees. We are looking for engaged and positive team members who are passionate about working with people. We are now seeking a personal assistant for a wonderful man who lives in Karlstad. The client lives in his own home and has 24-hour assistance with on-call sleeping hours. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and energetic—someone who enjoys being active and likes to accompany the client on various daily activities. The work duties are varied and include: Personal hygiene Escorting and companionship Accompanying the client on activities Exercise and long walks Household chores, including cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, and other everyday necessities. The client enjoys doing activities, exercising, and getting out, so it's important that you as an assistant enjoy an active lifestyle and can contribute energy and joy to his daily life. The assistance covers all hours of the day with on-call sleeping hours. Work shifts are: 08:30 – 18:00 17:45 – 08:45 (on-call sleeping hours included) We are looking for someone who: Is cheerful, social, and has positive energy Is responsible, attentive, and flexible Enjoys being active and participating in activities Can build a safe and good relationship with the client Can communicate clearly and supportively, as the client has intensive courses for aphasia. Previous experience in personal assistance or health and care is advantageous but not required. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Requirements A driver's license is a requirement, as the client has his own car and would prefer to avoid booking special transport services. We are looking for an assistant who can accompany the client on his activities, such as exercise and healthcare appointments.
