Personal Assistant Needed for Happy and Charming 2-Year-Old Boy! We are now seeking a reliable, responsible, and committed personal assistant for a happy and charming 2-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. The boy needs help with all aspects of daily life, and the work takes place in close collaboration with the family. The work is both meaningful and demanding, and is suited for someone who is calm, structured, and confident in yourself, even in challenging situations. About the Position As a personal assistant, you will support the boy in his daily life, including: Personal care and hygiene Tube feeding and medication Transfers and carrying (very important as the boy prefers not to be lying down or sitting for long periods) Structure, routines, and security in everyday life The boy needs constant presence and support, and the work requires good physical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly and methodically. The position includes day, evening, and night shifts according to schedule, including active support during nighttime. We are looking for someone who: Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Has previous experience working with children Has experience with tube feeding, medication administration, and personal care Has a good ability to create structure, follow routines and instructions Is calm, confident, attentive, and responsible Is capable of physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and carrying It is a merit if you: Have worked as a personal assistant before Have training or experience as a nursing assistant or similar Have experience working active nights Have experience working with children with disabilities or functional variations Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
