Personal assistance is a service provided under LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant demands strong skills in building good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We are now seeking someone who meets the following requirements: Willing to work for a man in his 60s living in Nacka Good proficiency in Swedish Experience with patient transfers/mobility assistance Comfortable with pets It is also advantageous if you: Have experience working as a personal assistant or similar role Are a positive person with an attitude that is contagious Personal suitability will be given significant weight. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment arrangement is "for the duration of the assistance assignment" with an employment level of approximately 32%. Working hours are scheduled for evenings, nights, and 24-hour shifts according to the following schedule: Week 1: Tuesday 17:00–08:00 Week 2: Monday and Wednesday 17:00–08:00 On-call during the night: 00:00–03:00, 04:00–07:30. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective bargaining agreement. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. What Happens Next?
