We are now seeking an engaged personal assistant for a 4-year-old boy who lives with his family. He is a happy and curious boy who loves music, anything water-related, and fun rides in a stroller or wheelchair. With the right support, he has the opportunity to explore his surroundings, play, develop, and experience joy in his daily life.
About the Position
We offer a position at 50–75% with start date immediately or by agreement.
Work shifts are scheduled during daytime, evening, and weekends according to a schedule.
As a personal assistant, you will work in a home environment and are an important part of the boy's everyday life. You provide support based on his individual needs and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and developmental living situation.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Transfers and mobility
Training and activation
Meal situations and tube feeding
Medical monitoring according to instructions
Play, fun activities, and daily routines
Support with communication using alternative and augmentative communication methods

Qualifications
Requirements
Driver's license (Category B)
Access to your own car to get to the workplace
Non-smoker
Merits
Experience in personal assistance, childcare, or care work
Experience with medical care services, such as tube feeding
Experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC)
There are pets in the home, which means you should not be allergic.
