We are now looking for a dedicated personal assistant for a 4-year-old boy who lives with his family. He is a happy and curious boy who loves music, anything to do with water, and fun rides in a stroller or wheelchair. With the right support, he has the opportunity to explore his surroundings, play, develop, and experience joy in his everyday life.
About the Position
We offer a position at 50–75% with immediate start or by agreement.
Work shifts are scheduled during daytime, evening, and weekends according to a schedule.
As a personal assistant, you work in a home environment and are an important part of the boy's daily life. You provide support based on his individual needs and help create a safe, stimulating, and developmental everyday life.
Work tasks include, among other things:
Mobility assistance
Training and activation
Meal situations and tube feeding
Medical monitoring according to instructions
Play, fun, and everyday activities
Support with communication using alternative communication methods

We are looking for someone who is confident, calm, and attentive. You have a genuine interest in working with children and see opportunities rather than limitations. You are resourceful, creative, and enjoy coming up with fun activities that create joy, security, and participation.

Qualifications
Requirements
Driver's license (Category B)
Access to your own car to get to the workplace
Non-smoker
Meritorious
Experience in personal assistance, childcare, or care work
Experience with medical care services, such as tube feeding
Experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC)
There are pets in the home, which means you should not be allergic.
