Personal Assistant with Long-Term Focus – Just Outside Västerås

I'm a cheerful and driven man who, following a spinal cord injury, lives an active and fulfilling life in the countryside just outside Västerås, together with my family. I'm now looking for a new team member who wants to be part of our wonderful team. My days involve everything from morning and evening routines, exercise and personal hygiene to cooking, work, and simply enjoying life. Sometimes it's fast-paced and energetic, sometimes calm and relaxed. I love music, films, board games and video games, and I enjoy spending time by the lake. Mental health and well-being are close to my heart. Who are you? You are a calm, positive, and independent person with good interpersonal skills. You have a natural ability to sense when and how your support is needed, and you're comfortable both taking your own initiative and collaborating. Personal chemistry, trust, and flexibility are most important to us – not formal qualifications. You are attentive, respectful, and understand the importance of me being in control of my own life. You are a non-smoker, have a driver's license, and have access to a car (we live in the countryside). Above all, you want to help create a safe and comfortable everyday life where we can laugh together and tackle daily tasks as a team. What we offer you: 100% position with a highly appreciated work schedule: Work shift: 21:00 - 21:00 Rotating schedule: 1 day on duty (with sleeping standby) / 3 days off Opportunity for long-term collaboration – we want you to enjoy it and stay A small, tight-knit team where everyone pitches in Starting salary approximately 30,400 kr/month (incl. 12% vacation pay) at 100% Wellness benefit 2,500 kr/year upon completing a full year The position is available immediately.
