We at Access Assistans are looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a man living in Umeå. Our client leads an active life with studies, exercise, and social activities as important parts of his daily routine. He communicates using alternative communication aids, and as an assistant, you will play an important role in creating the conditions for an independent and meaningful everyday life. Duties As a personal assistant, you will help the client with, among other things: Getting dressed and undressed Personal care and hygiene Meals Household chores and cleaning Communication Exercise and other activities Working Hours and Position The working hours are mainly arranged as overnight shifts, corresponding to approximately 1–2 work shifts per week. Night hours include on-call duty. The position includes an employment rate of 72%. When regular staff are absent, for example due to illness or leave, there is an opportunity to extend working hours by taking extra shifts. Travel Since the client has family and friends in other locations, travel may occur as part of the work. Start Date The position starts by agreement during the month of August.
