Personal Assistant Needed for 4-Year-Old Child – Daytime at Preschool, 50 Percent

We are now seeking a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a 4-year-old client who lives with their parents in a beautiful and pleasant setting outside Knivsta. About the Position This is a daytime position at 50 percent with working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During your shifts, you will accompany the client to preschool and be present by the client's side throughout the entire preschool stay. Orientation will take place both during the day and at night, so during your introduction period you will need to be available to work from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on two to four occasions. Your task is to create a sense of security and provide the support, supervision, and assistance the client needs during the day. Your presence, attention, and ability to understand the client's needs are crucial for the client's security, safety, and ability to participate in preschool activities. The schedule is arranged as follows: One week you work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The second week you work Wednesday. The schedule suits you if you want to work flexibly and appreciate having several consecutive days off. There is also the option to work additional night hours if you wish. The workplace is accessible from Uppsala by public transportation. You work close to the client and at the same time need to be able to collaborate in a professional and attentive manner with guardians, preschool staff, and other people in the client's network. We Are Looking for You Are calm, secure, and responsible. Are attentive and have a good ability to read situations and needs. Have a genuine interest in working with children. Are alert and can maintain focus throughout the entire work shift. Work in a structured manner and follow agreed-upon routines. Have good teamwork skills and feel comfortable in a preschool environment. Speak and write Swedish well. Qualifications Merits Education in care or child and youth services. Experience working in preschool. Experience working with children. Experience as a personal assistant. Experience with respiratory monitoring or respiratory aids. Current CPR training for children.
