Personal assistant needed for a permanent position with overnight on-call duties! Hi! My name is Oscar, I'm 28 years old, and I'm looking for a personal assistant for a fixed schedule. For the right person, there's an opportunity to start as a temporary substitute during an introduction period before the position transitions to a permanent role. I'm looking for someone who wants long-term employment and to become part of my team. About the Work Work shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts from 08:00–08:00, with on-call time between 00:20–07:00. You should be able to work both weekdays and weekends. Who Am I? I'm a curious and driven person who likes to have several projects going at the same time. One of my biggest interests is keeping exotic animals, where I work with everything from tarantulas, stick insects, and cockroaches to building terrariums and biological diversity. I also run Arachno Habitat, where I develop products, write species descriptions, and work to spread knowledge about exotic animals and their natural environments. When I'm not working on my projects, I enjoy learning new things, discussing scientific topics, and developing ideas for the future. I appreciate order and structure, but also humor and a relaxed work environment where we can have fun together during work shifts. As an assistant, you'll get to be part of a varied everyday life where no two days are exactly alike. One day we might go shopping or do housework, while the next day might involve building terrariums, business projects, or other practical tasks. Work duties vary and can include: Personal care and hygiene Cooking and household chores Shopping and errands Transfers and practical help in daily life Assisting with hobbies and project work My home is adapted to make the work as smooth and ergonomic as possible, but some lifting and transfers do occur. Who Am I Looking For? I'm looking for someone who is: Responsible and reliable Social and attentive Organized and self-motivated Flexible and solution-oriented You need to have a driver's license since you'll be driving my adapted car during work shifts. The home also has a larger interest in exotic animals, including tarantulas and reptiles. All animals are kept safely in their terrariums, but it's important that you feel comfortable with them being in the environment.
