We are looking for an engaged, confident, and experienced female personal assistant, preferably between 25–45 years old, for a 24-year-old boy who lives with his mother in Täby.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and confident in your approach and who wants to help create a safe, stable, and good everyday life for the customer.
About the Position
As a personal assistant, you help the customer with support in daily life and various personal needs. The work includes, among other things, personal care, practical help, transfers, and following the customer's individual routines.
You will be an important part of the customer's everyday life and contribute to him having a safe and meaningful existence.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Is a woman, speaks Persian from Iran, and has good knowledge of Swedish—this is a requirement.
Has at least 4 years of experience working as a personal assistant—this is a requirement.
Has experience with tube feeding.
Has knowledge and experience with lifting and transfers.
Is calm, confident, attentive, and respectful in your approach.
Is responsible and thorough.
Can follow instructions, routines, and implementation plans.
Has good collaboration skills and can communicate well with the customer and family.
Has a genuine interest in working with people.
Is punctual, flexible, and reliable.
Has the ability to work independently while also collaborating with other assistants.
Desirable Experience
It is desirable if you have:
Experience working with people with extensive support needs.
Experience in personal care.
Experience with medical assistance services.
Experience working with tubes and other assistive devices.
Experience working in the home together with the customer's family.
