In your role as a personal assistant, you will mainly help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely adapted based on the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. For this position, you must: have good knowledge of Swedish have a B driver's license have good physical fitness and be able to perform transfers during work For this position, it is a merit if you: have previous experience in personal assistance or other care work are a certified nursing assistant or have other care education have previous experience with catheterization (RIK) Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment form is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of approximately 75%. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date September 1, 2026, or by agreement.
