Personal Assistants Needed for 19-Year-Old

We are seeking two personal assistants for a humorous and tech-interested young man turning 19 soon, who has autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability. You will be an important part of his daily life, supporting him at home, at school, and during leisure time. We are looking for one assistant at approximately 75–80% and one at approximately 50%. For the right person, one of these positions may also include coordination responsibilities. This role suits you if you enjoy creating structure, planning, and being a natural contact person in the work group. With us, you will find long-term and meaningful work where you help create safety, structure, and conditions for increased independence as he transitions to adulthood. We are looking for someone who Is confident, responsible, and attentive. Works well in collaboration but can also work independently. Is organized, flexible, and takes initiative. Is non-smoking. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good English skills. Experience in care work is a plus, but we place greatest emphasis on personal suitability and personal chemistry. Duties You will provide support in daily life based on individual needs, including personal care, tube feeding, medication administration, and communication. You will help create structure, interpret situations, and make everyday life safe and meaningful.
