About the Position Personal assistance is a service under the LSS (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. For this position, you must: want to work with a girl aged 14 living in Värmdö have good knowledge of Swedish have a driver's license and access to your own car/moped to easily get to work have good physical fitness For this position, it is a merit if you: have experience with similar work share the client's interests: such as listening to music, singing, and moving – for example spinning and swinging – as well as swimming and horseback riding. It would therefore be a great plus if you also enjoy music, movement, and having fun together. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts," and we are looking for an assistant for a fixed schedule at 15% every other weekend, alternating weeks. Working hours are scheduled during day and evening. Weekend 1: Saturday and Sunday between 09:00-15:00 Weekend 2: Saturday and Sunday between 15:00-21:00 There is also the opportunity to work extra on weekday evenings if regular staff are absent. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date: by agreement.
