As a personal assistant, your main responsibilities will be helping the client with everything that comes up in daily life and meeting basic needs. Because I live an active life, you need to have a solid physical foundation to support me in everyday tasks. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "hourly employment," meaning work as needed with shifts on both weekdays and weekends. Working hours are varying 12-hour shifts during both daytime and nighttime, weekdays and weekends. An average schedule might look like this: Weekdays: Day shift 06:30–19:00 / Night shift 19:00–07:00 Weekends: Day shift 08:00–20:00 / Night shift 20:00–08:00 Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation in accordance with collective agreement. by agreement.
