He lives with ALS and uses a wheelchair, but despite his limited speech ability, he is communicative and clear about his needs and wishes. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with a person where relationship, security, and social interaction are at the center. This is a role for someone who wants to contribute to quality of life, participation, and an active everyday. About the Role As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in both daily and social situations. The work tasks include, among other things: • Support with personal hygiene • Simple household chores • Tube feeding • Social companionship and conversation • Accompanying on walks and activities The customer appreciates getting out and doing things, and you have an important role in encouraging and enabling this. The work is not physically demanding, but it requires that you are attentive, present, and have a respectful approach.
