Personal Assistant Wanted in Eskilstuna

Personal assistant wanted! I am a 59-year-old man living one mile outside Eskilstuna. I have a spinal cord injury and am paralyzed from the chest down. I am now looking for a personal assistant (ages 25-60) for a 50% position with me. I use Saand assistans as my staffing agency but handle all recruitment myself. The schedule is a rotating 2-week schedule as follows: Even week: Thursday 4:00 PM to Friday 8:00 AM Odd week: Thursday 4:00 PM to Friday 8:00 AM Sunday 4:00 PM to Monday 8:00 AM Night shifts are paid active duty 10 PM-1:15 AM and 7-8 AM. Between 1:15 AM-7 AM is on-call sleeping duty. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is important since communication between me and the assistant must work well. Since I live in an area with poor bus connections, a driver's license or access to transportation is necessary. I look forward to hearing from you!
