About You
We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, and able to work independently. You take responsibility, are flexible, and can make your own decisions. Being responsive, respecting others' lifestyles, and having a solution-oriented approach are important qualities. Social competence and personal maturity are highly valued.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
About the Work
As my assistant, you will support me in my daily life, both in my home and wherever I am. Your work tasks will include, among other things:
Walks
Cooking
Cleaning
Personal hygiene
Work shifts are scheduled during day, evening, and night hours according to a schedule. Working hours vary between 24-hour shifts 08 - 06, day shifts 08 - 17, and evening/night shifts 18 - 06, both on weekdays and weekends, with on-call duties during nighttime.
You do not need specific care education, but it is an advantage. The most important thing is that we work well together. Please note that there are animals in the home, so you should not be allergic.
