The work involves support with personal care, mobility assistance, and being a present and stable support in daily activities. As a person, you are empathetic, patient, and have a calm approach. It is important that you can work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and are a trustworthy person. Previous experience in personal assistance or care is a merit, but personal suitability is most important.
