About the Position The client is a man who suffered a stroke a few years ago. He needs help and support with various tasks such as meal preparation, dressing, showering, and assistance with rehabilitation training. He has a strong interest in various activities including going on walks, exercising, playing golf, and traveling. The client also has delegated services for medication management and insulin handling. Team Lead Responsibilities in Brief In addition to working as a personal assistant, you will have expanded responsibility as a team lead within the staff group. As a team lead, you will work pedagogically with work methods and communication within the team, as well as with scheduling and staffing. In your work, you are a role model in your approach and inspire colleagues to create and follow good routines. We see you as a pedagogical and structured person with the ability to see the bigger picture. Transparency and solution-focused thinking are good qualities. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant requires strong skills in building good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client. We are looking for someone who matches the following: Wants to work for a 65-year-old man living in Danderyd Has good knowledge of Swedish Is smoke-free during working hours It is also a merit if you: Have experience working as a team lead previously Have experience with insulin management and blood sugar monitoring Have experience with similar work as a personal assistant Share the client's interests in exercise, golf, and travel Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours and Employment Level: The current employment form is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of approximately 57.5%, which corresponds to an average of 23 hours per week plus 7 standby hours. Work is scheduled on a rolling 4-week rotation with overnight shifts from 08:30 to 08:30 (approximately 1 shift/week): Week 1: Thursday 08:30–08:30 Week 2: Thursday 08:30–08:30 Week 3: Thursday 08:30–08:30 and Saturday 08:30–08:30 Week 4: Monday 08:30–08:30 Salary Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation in accordance with collective agreement.
