We Are Looking for Someone Who - Is empathetic, patient, and attentive. - Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Is physically capable and can handle lifting and other physically demanding tasks. - Can work independently and make your own decisions. - Has a driver's license (desirable but not required). Desirable Qualifications - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in care and support services. - Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and efficiency. - Experience working with people with various functional variations.
