Care of Elin & Lotta is now seeking personal assistants for one client in Umeå and one client in Övik. We have positions available on a full-time, part-time, and hourly basis. About the Job As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability and provide the support needed so that the client can live an independent life on their own terms. The work always starts from the client's individual needs and wishes. Work tasks may include: Personal care and hygiene Mobility assistance Cooking and household chores Training and activities Social support All our clients are unique, so no workplace is the same as another, which makes the work both varied and developmental. About You You are responsible, attentive, and have a genuine interest in people. You work well in collaboration, are confident in yourself, and can adapt to different situations. Experience as a personal assistant is a plus, but we place great emphasis on your personal suitability. You have a driver's license and access to a car. About the Employment With us, you will receive a thorough introduction with the client as well as training in the role of personal assistant. We offer full-time, part-time, and hourly positions. Working hours vary depending on which client you work with and may be scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
