You need to be able to plan the work, create clear action plans, and continuously follow up on them in a way that is understandable and clear to her. We are looking for someone who has experience working with autism and ADHD strong knowledge of low-arousal interaction ability to create structure through clear pedagogical methods experience and strong competence in social media ability to plan, structure, and follow up on work together with another person a calm, attentive, and solution-focused approach good Swedish in speech and writing B-class driver's license. You need to be able to combine professional assistance work with creativity, structure, and digital competence. It is important that you can provide support without taking over, while also being active in career development. Pets are present in the home, so you need to be comfortable working in an environment where animals are a natural part of daily life. Supervision and training are mandatory parts of the work and are conducted to ensure competence, quality, and safety in the assistance. Working Hours Two day shifts per week, 08:00–15:00 One evening shift every other week, 15:00–21:00 Every other Sunday, 13:00–19:00 This is a role for someone who wants to create something together – both in daily life and in her continued career.
