Personal Assistant with NPF Experience for Boy We are looking for a secure, engaged, and responsible personal assistant for a boy with autism. The boy lives with his parents and two siblings in a safe and family-oriented environment. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the boy's daily life. You will provide support based on his individual needs and contribute to a safe, structured, and meaningful everyday life. The work suits you if you are calm, patient, and have experience working with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF). Job Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you will, among other things: Provide support and guidance in various everyday situations. Create safety, structure, and predictability. Support the boy in activities and outings. Provide support in social situations and communication. Assist with personal care and other tasks that are part of the assignment. Follow routines and adapt support based on the boy's needs and daily condition. Collaborate with the family and other people around the boy. We are looking for someone who is: Calm, secure, and patient. Responsible, reliable, and punctual. Attentive and empathetic. Flexible and solution-oriented. Resourceful, creative, and takes initiative and enjoys coming up with fun and meaningful activities together with the boy. Engaged and has a genuine interest in working with children. Good at building trust and establishing secure relationships. Independent yet has good collaboration skills. Comfortable following routines and instructions. Requirements For this position, the following are required: Experience working with children with NPF, for example autism. Experience working in personal assistance and/or LSS. Good Swedish in speech and writing. Ability to work structurally and follow individual routines and instructions. Meritorious It is meritorious if you: Speak Turkish. Have experience with autism and low-affect interaction. Have experience with alternative communication. Have worked with children with extensive support needs. Have experience with personal care. Turkish is meritorious but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. About the Employment Working hours and the extent of employment will be discussed in the interview and will depend on the assignment's needs. The work is conducted in the boy's home as well as in connection with activities and stays outside the home. An extract from the criminal record will be required before employment.
