Albeda Personlig Assistans is a personal and flexible care assistance company. All clients have individual arrangements tailored to their specific life situations. Albeda serves clients throughout Sweden. We are an appreciated and reputable employer. We are now seeking reinforcement to our team that assists an elderly Polish-speaking woman with ALS. We have two positions of approximately 75 hours per month. This involves 1-2 daytime shifts of 6 hours and 3-4 evening shifts of 3 hours per week. There is also the possibility of additional shifts to cover for colleagues' time off and sick leave. We are looking for someone who enjoys caregiving work, is positive, proactive, sociable, and has good moral character. As a personal assistant, you will help with everything in daily life such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, shopping, activities, and more. In this work, presence and continuity are important, as well as the ability to collaborate with other people. REQUIREMENTS Woman aged 25–65 years Fluent in Swedish and Polish, both spoken and written, and residing in the Malmö area. It is a requirement that you are mobile and have the ability to go on walks, outings, and other activities. ADVANTAGES Experience in the field is good, and since this is a very personal job, it is also important that you want to work as a personal assistant/caregiver and see it as a long-term employment if you both enjoy working together. References required Start date: As soon as possible Working hours/Duration: Permanent 40% - 50% Shifts are scheduled for daytime and evening hours all days of the week, but there is the possibility to choose days.
