We are looking for you to work a little extra here and there as a Personal Assistant to a woman in Hyllie - Malmö. We need to complement our team with an extra resource who can work hours as needed. On average, it's about 20%. We are looking for someone who enjoys a caring profession, is positive, takes initiative, is sociable, and has good values. As a personal assistant, you help with everything in daily life such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, shopping, activities, etc. The woman leads an active life and some of her interests include her dog (part-time), music, computers, exercising, having coffee/snacks, going on outings, traveling, as well as attending concerts and movies. In this job, presence and continuity are important, as well as the ability to collaborate with other people. REQUIREMENTS Woman 25+, non-smoker, not allergic to dogs, fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), and residing in Malmö and surrounding area. It is a prerequisite that you are mobile and able to join outings, trips, and other activities. ADVANTAGES Driver's license Experience in the field is good, and since this is a very personal job, it is also important that you want to work as a personal assistant/in a caring profession and see it as a long-term position if you both enjoy working together. References required Start date: As soon as possible Working hours/Duration: Ongoing 10% - 20% (more time possible during other assistants' leave and sick leave) You work 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty at night.
