We are looking for a thoughtful and engaged person who wants to become extra support – and a joy-bringer – for an elderly woman living at home. The role is about providing presence, companionship, and quality of life. About the Position You'll function a bit like a family member – helping to add golden moments to everyday life. This could involve: Taking walks or outings Having coffee, chatting, and reading together Organizing fun activities based on interests Providing social support and creating a sense of security Light housekeeping and meal preparation Support and supervision during nighttime hours We are looking for someone who: Is warm, empathetic, and reliable Enjoys spending time with older people Has patience and a positive attitude Preferably is creative and takes initiative Previous experience with dementia care is a merit but not a requirement – personality and commitment are what matter most. Scope: We are currently looking for someone willing to work awake nights from 21:00-08:00, 3-4 nights per week. Recruiting is ongoing, so please submit your application today.
