We are now looking for a new assistant for our fantastic team supporting our client in Svenljunga. We're seeking someone who wants to work a few fixed shifts per month with the opportunity to pick up extra hours. Maybe you're a retiree or student?
Our client is a young woman, 31 years old, living in her own apartment. She has an acquired brain injury and requires significant support in her daily life. She is cheerful, positive, and loves life.
She enjoys activities both at home and outdoors.
We're looking for someone who likes to be active and gives a lot of themselves, but it's important that you can also create a sense of calm for our client. You need to be flexible and have good collaboration skills; the work involves basic assistance. Working hours are 8-20 or 20-08 with awake night shifts. Beyond the above, it's especially important that you have good self-awareness, are confident, are attentive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open-minded, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You use both your analytical abilities and make well-considered initiatives, striving to improve the quality of life for our client.
