Personal Assistant in Linköping for 13-Year-Old Boy

We are now seeking a personal assistant at 60-100% for a very active young client. Urgent Need Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has kept their childlike spirit and enjoys staying active and coming up with things to do. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, personal chemistry, and ability to collaborate. You are a wonderful and child-loving person who is also comfortable working independently. You need to have patience to be able to wait for the user's signals. Since the user does not have verbal speech, it is also important that you are attentive and responsive to his needs and general well-being by interpreting his body language and sounds. Your workplace is where the customer is located; the starting point is his home in Linköping. You will also accompany him to leisure activities and outings. The work may involve travel with the customer and his family. Requirements: - Highly motivated and serious about the job - Responsible - Good physical condition - Non-smoker Meritorious: - Previous experience in care or working with children I am a 13-year-old boy and I live with my mom, dad, and younger sibling. During the day I go to school, but in the afternoons and evenings as well as on weekends I need assistance. As my assistant, I want you to enjoy moving around, being outdoors, and also playing and having fun. I like when things happen, so it's good if you're creative and come up with activities and new ideas. I also want you to be positive and able to help me learn things. With me it's usually full speed ahead and I love jumping on a trampoline, swimming, listening to music, swinging, playing with my siblings, and going for shorter walks in the forest and around the neighborhood. I have cognitive, autism, and ADHD disabilities which means I don't speak with words and need help with all daily life activities as well as social interaction and communication. I can walk but sometimes need support to get around, and when I need to travel longer distances I use a wheelchair. Sometimes I can be extra rambunctious and active and then I run, so you need to be quite fast to keep up and make sure I don't put myself in danger. I also need a lot of active help with eating, using the toilet/changing diapers, hygiene, getting dressed, and playing. Working hours and employment level: Schedule 60-100%, for as long as the assignment lasts (if you want to combine it with another job you can). The weekly schedule is afternoons/evenings and weekends (daytime). During school breaks, working hours can be moved to daytime on weekdays instead. Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement. Other compensation according to collective agreement. Regarding employment terms: We follow the Fremia-Kommunal collective agreement for Personal Assistance. What happens now?
