As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on their needs. You respect the client's independence and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. About the Role The role of personal assistant demands a strong ability to build good relationships. We are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: wants to work with a teenager living in Åsenhöga in Gnosjö has very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written has experience with muscle weakness, lifting, and support is not allergic to pets and likes animals is smoke- and snuff-free has a car and driver's license to get to work It is also a merit if you: have experience with similar work in care/healthcare have pedagogical experience with children & youth share the client's interests in nature, music, and HV71 Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment form is SLUV "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of 70–75%. The position involves work during day, evening, and night with on-call duties at night. Weekday schedules may change somewhat depending on school times. Fixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to the collective agreement. Start Date Immediately. Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so do not delay your application.
