We have extensive experience in personal assistance within a large organization, and we use that knowledge in what we are passionate about: the small-scale format. We have close collaboration between clients and all employees where we develop both collectively and individually. We are seeking a personal assistant for a middle-aged man with his own residence in Klippan. This is challenging work where you as an assistant will use low-affective communication and clear guidelines. The client has his own car and a driver's license is a requirement. Previous experience working with individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum is a merit, as is experience with aggressive behavior. As support in your work, you will receive continuous supervision as an employee. We are seeking staff for shorter temporary assignments and sick leave coverage. Long-term commitment is our goal. Shifts are 24 hours long with sleeping on-call duties, and double staffing.
