We are looking for a personal assistant for a middle-aged woman with her own home in Ängelholm. She is a strong personality with great humor, but also deep emotions. This is challenging work where you as an assistant will apply low-arousal interaction techniques and clear guidelines. The client has her own car and a driver's license is a requirement. She loves hockey and traveling, so if you're a Rögle fan, that's a bonus! Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum condition diagnoses is a merit, as is experience with challenging behaviors. As support in your work, you as an employee will receive continuous training and supervision. We place great importance on developing the work while maintaining the security that a stable daily routine provides. We are seeking staff for shorter temporary positions and sick leave coverage. Long-term commitment is our goal. Shifts are between 15 and 24 hours long with sleeping on-call time.
