We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team as a substitute and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Nora. What does this position involve? We are looking for you to work as a substitute as needed due to illness or other absences. We need you to be available to start as a substitute right now. We see that you are cheerful and positive and can respond quickly with short notice. The client is a middle-aged woman living in the countryside. The client is most active at home, but walks are an important part of daily life. The client values order and tidiness and has an interest in interior design. The client has cats, so we see that you as an assistant are an animal lover. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like you to: You who are applying for this assistance have a positive attitude and can sense when you need to step forward or take a step back. We believe that you are self-driven and proactive, which enables you to help the client move forward with a positive attitude toward today's activities. have a genuine interest in helping others. be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. be able to work flexible working hours - day, evening, and weekends. have experience in healthcare and care. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Have a driver's license and car to be able to get to the client who lives in the countryside. Life experience is seen as positive, as well as knowledge and understanding of MS. Other information Employment type: Summer substitute + hourly substitute Scope: As needed Working hours: 06:30-16:00, 16:00-22:30, and on-call in your own home at night. Start date: By agreement. We apply individual salary determination and have a collective agreement. Interviews are held on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to demonstrate that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
