It is also important that you listen to what the client wants and needs. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need any prior experience—the most important thing is that you have a good personal connection with the client—but it is an advantage if you have insight into what working as a personal assistant entails. As a personal assistant, you will help the client with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is wherever the client is located, such as at home, school, or during activities. You will be the client's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility assistance, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks. Working hours are varied, and you should be able to work days, evenings, and weekends. You must have a strong command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation obligations. This application concerns both full-time and part-time positions.
